Event Coordinator
Volunteer or Part-Time
Do you enjoy bringing people together and making gatherings memorable? This role is all about the details that create welcoming spaces, including coordinating catering, arranging table setups, sending invitations, and ensuring events run smoothly. Your gift for organization and hospitality will help churches and families connect in meaningful ways.

Stories have the power to inspire action and bring encouragement. In this role, you’ll help share the heart of our ministry through newsletters, social media, and other communication channels. By supporting us in sharing these stories, you’ll encourage families, engage donors and churches, and invite more people to join the mission of caring for vulnerable children.

Part-Time or Full-Time
Churches are eager to serve foster, adoptive, and kinship families, and this role helps them flourish in that calling. You’ll come alongside lead church volunteers (advocates) as they step into leading wraparound ministry at their church, guiding them through training, providing encouragement, and offering ongoing support. Your presence will help churches walk faithfully and effectively in their mission to support families who welcome vulnerable children into their homes.

Coalition of Care is a donor-funded ministry. Each employee raises 100% of their salary through monthly or annual gifts from their personal support team. While unique, this model is a powerful expression of God’s provision:
